We wanted to pack a gift for you and your sweet moms on the mothers’ day. The idea was some DIY skin care products to prepare! Works perfect for a quick gift! Enjoy putting some love on a handmade product for yourself or to someone else.

A moisturizer is an anti-aging must. By helping your skin retain moisture and acting as temporary filler for wrinkles, it makes your complexion look smooth.

We prepared for you this recipe from avocados and honey to work as a very effective moisturizer. Avocados are loaded with skin beneficial nutrients. Avocado oil provides sterolins which are known to soften the skin and reduce the appearance of scarring. Honey is contains a lot of antioxidants, enzymes, and other nutrients that nourish, cleanse, and hydrate the skin.

- 3 tablespoons of fresh cream

- 1/4 avocado

- 1 tablespoon honey

1. Place all three ingredients in a blender and puree into smooth cream

2. Apply it to your skin and leave on for at least an hour. Rinse off with warm water

Packing Ideas:

Use an old jar preferably transparent so the colorful avocado honey mixture appear nicely, rap the jar with a ribbon and add some words on a card explaining it’s specially made by you

If you are looking for all-natural solutions for hydrating, cleansing, and repairing your skin, then you may want to consider an oatmeal face mask. Oatmeal contains over a dozen amino acids, which are vital for building healthy skin tissue and for healing the skin. A homemade oatmeal face mask is also hydrating; as oatmeal has humectant properties that will allow your skin to retain moisture after the treatment. Acne, eczema, and dry skin can all be cured with a little oatmeal. Exfoliate with this quick and easy mask and rejuvenate your skin.

3. Cover the face with the mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes

4. Rinse with warm water and pat dry
